In order to become a happy Country Living Communities property owner, please fill out the application form below and return the first two pages to Country Living Communities with an administration fee. Once Country Living Communities has received your application and payment, you will be contacted regarding dates for viewing properties for sale.

Upon viewing properties for sale, you can purchase any of the properties to obtain freehold title of your property.

After purchasing your Country Living Community property, you will be required to deposit 50% of the purchase price of the home you would like Country Living Communities to build for you.

Once your home is ready, you will be required to pay the balance owing on your new home. Then you can move in to your new luxurious Country Living Communities home.
